How can I evaluate the quality and condition of FORMO products?
At FORMO, we treat our pieces with care and attention. We invest a lot of work in restoring our furniture so that the pieces can shine again in a new interior.
However, they remain second-hand finds. You can always expect signs of use , this is part of their character and history. As these are unique, previously used items, we do not provide a warranty on our products.

If you would like to return an item, please first send us an email at info@atelierformo.be. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
Please note that shipping or transport costs are not refunded. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Please also note that the right to return does not apply if you collect the item yourself or purchase it after viewing it in person.

You are always welcome to pick up the item in Beveren-Waas! This is even the best and cheapest option. Select 'pick up' when
checking out. We will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pick-up appointment.
