By placing an order on our website, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

Our webshop is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products.
Not all products displayed on our website are necessarily available for online purchase. Only products with an "Add to cart" button can be ordered online.
Photos and images on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.
These general terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of ordering applies.
The data stored in our computer systems constitutes proof of transactions between Atelier Formo and the customer.

2. Prices, offers and promotions
All prices on our website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Offers and prices are only valid for purchases through our webshop.
Promotions, discount codes or offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders
After selecting a product, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart".
From the shopping cart you can:
continue shopping
remove products
proceed to checkout
During checkout you will see:
the selected products
any discounts
shipping costs
the total amount including VAT
To complete the order, you must correctly fill in the requested details.
An order is only final when payment has been successfully completed.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
If you provide your company details, we can send an invoice by e-mail upon request.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via Mollie's secure payment environment.
Possible payment methods include:

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.

If collection is offered as an option during ordering, products can be collected at the following address:

You will be contacted as soon as your order is ready to arrange a collection time.
6. Product availability
The availability of products is displayed as accurately as possible on our website.
However, it may happen that a product is not available due to an inventory error or other circumstances.
In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and, if necessary, refund the paid amount.
7. Right of withdrawal
According to European consumer law, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
This right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and not to purchases by companies or for professional use.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

The products must then be returned within 14 days of notification.
The costs for return shipment are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.
Returned products must be:
unused
in original condition
if possible, in the original packaging
If products are returned damaged or incomplete, a refund may be refused or reduced.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
8. Product condition and warranty
Some Atelier Formo products may be vintage, handmade or unique.
Due to their nature, these products may show minor signs of use or imperfections.
These characteristics are part of the authenticity of the product and are not considered a defect.
Where possible, visible signs of use are mentioned or shown in product photos.
The legal warranty according to Belgian consumer law remains applicable.
9. Force Majeure
Atelier Formo cannot be held liable for delay or non-performance of obligations due to force majeure.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:
natural disasters
fire
pandemics
strikes
government measures
cyberattacks
transport problems
During a force majeure situation, our obligations are suspended.
If the situation lasts longer than 8 weeks, the agreement can be terminated by both parties without compensation.
10. Privacy
Atelier Formo respects your privacy.
Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a complaint via:

We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days.
Consumers within the European Union can also report disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
12. Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Belgium.
